Property Valuation
A price opinion starts with the specific property and a comparison you can understand.

For an indicative valuation, we consider location, layout, condition, furnishings and information about comparable properties. We also need to know whether you're checking the price for a planned sale, a rental or an initial family discussion. We'll explain which features may matter to interested parties and where information is still limited. The result is a reasoned price opinion based on available information; it is neither a formal expert valuation nor confirmation of a future sale price.

We look at relevant listings in and around Trenčín. An asking price isn't the same as the final transaction price, and we'll take that distinction into account when explaining our opinion.
We'll state which information we've used and what remains unverified. If your purpose requires a formal expert valuation, we'll recommend contacting a qualified valuer.

A price opinion is most useful when you understand its assumptions. Changes to the property's condition, new nearby listings or a gap between a seller's expectations and a buyer's means can affect what happens next. That's why we won't give you a number without explaining how we arrived at it. If you decide to put the property on the market later, we'll review the information again before advertising. For financing or official proceedings, always check what type of valuation the relevant institution requires.
Send us the location, property type and purpose of the valuation; we'll explain a suitable next step.
